Crock Pot Turkey Joes
Ingredients
-
1 1/2 lbs lean ground turkey
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 small green pepper, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, thinly sliced
- 2 garlic clove, minced
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 4 teaspoons tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons molasses
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
Directions
1Brown turkey with onion, green pepper, celery and garlic; drain.
2Combine remaining ingredients in crock pot; mix well.
3Add turkey mixture and 1 cup water; stir to combine.
4Cook on low for 6-8 hours, or high for 3-4 hours.
