Rannoch Smokery Cold Smoked Beef Crostini
Ingredients
* 1 baguette
* olive oil
* 1 garlic clove, cut in half
* 2 tablespoons rannoch smokery beetroot and orange chutney
* 1 avocado
* 100 g rannoch smokery cold smoked beef
Directions
1.Cut the baguette into slices.
2.Heat the oil in frying pan, add the sliced bread and cook on both sides, till golden brown.
3.Rub toasted bread with a cut side of garlic to give a subtle garlic flavour.
4.Spread Rannoch Smokery Beetroot and Orange Chutney liberally on toast,
5.add a slice of avocado and top with half a slice of Rannoch Smokery Cold Smoked Beef and serve.
