Ingredients
* 1- 8 oz pkg. Cream cheese
* 1/2 cup milk
* 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
* Garlic powder
* 1/4 cupbutter
Directions
1. Put cream cheese, milk and butter into saucepan on med heat until melted.
2. Add parmesan cheese, stir with whisk.
3. Add garlic to taste.
