Ingredients
* 1 pound ground beef
* 1/2 cup chopped onion
* 1 envelope taco seasoning
* 2 tubes large refrigerator biscuits
* 8 ounces cheese, your choice
Directions
1. Cook beef and onion, drain. Add seasoning and repare according to directions. Cool slightly.
2. Flatten biscuits into 4 inch circles. Spoon 1/4 cup meat mixture into each, top with cheese. Place another biscuit on top and pinch edges to seal tightly.
3. Bake 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
