Wild Rice-Chicken Casserole
Ingredients

1 (6 ounce) package long grain and wild rice blend
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 2 teaspoons butter or
margarine
- 1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup dry white wine
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- 2 cups cubed, cooked chicken or
turkey
Directions
1Prepare rice mix according to package directions.
2While rice is cooking, cook onion and celery in butter until tender.
3Stir in soup, sour cream, wine, and curry.
4Stir in chicken and cooked rice.
5Turn into a 2 quart casserole or a 12x7x2 inch baking dish.
6Bake, uncovered, in a 350 degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
7Stir before serving.
