Jambalaya
Ingredients

12 ounces boneless skinless chicken breast
- 2 green pepper, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, sliced
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can whole tomato
- 1/3 cup tomato paste
- 1 1/2 cans beef broth
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried basil leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
- 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 lb shelled, steamed shrimp
- 3 cups cooked rice
Directions
1Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces.
2Add all ingredients, except shrimp and rice, to crock pot.
3Cook on low 8-10 hours or 3-4 hours on high.
4Add shrimp the last 15-30 minutes of cooking.
5Stir in rice when ready to serve.
