Lucky Dip This recipe is part of our Lunchbox 3.
Also in this tasty packed lunch:
• Lucky Dip
• Tuna Cucumber Pasta Penne
• Fresh Strawberries with Pot of Strawberry Soya Yoghurt
• Carton of Apple Juice
This lunchbox is wheat and gluten free.
A mixed pot of delight to the eye and palette; diced cheese, raisins, carrots, popco and baby plum tomatoes. Deliciously simple to prepare.
Makes: 2 servings
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients
50g / 2oz Cheddar, cubed
50g / 2oz Jumbo raisins
2 Carrots, peeled and diced
50g / 2oz Prepared popco
50g / 2oz Baby plum tomatoes
Method
Simply combine ingredients and divide between 2 pots.

Peanut Butter-Banana Blast
Ingredients
-
2 ripe banana
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 1 cup ice cube
- 3 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
Directions
1Cut bananas into chunks.
2Combine all ingredients in blender and puree until smooth and creamy.
3Serve in chilled glasses with straws.
