Onion Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients
-
5 medium potato, peeled and cubed
- 1 small onion, chopped in lg pieces
- 3 teaspoons butter
- 1/4-1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
Directions
1Put potatoes and onions in pan and cover with water.
2Bring to a boil.
3Reduce heat and simmer until very tender.
4Mash with remaining ingredients.
