Potato Lasagna
Ingredients
-
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 (32 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/3 cup water
- 5 medium potato, peeled and thinly sliced
- 2 (8 ounce) cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions
1In a skillet, broown beef with onion; drain.
2Stir in spaghetti sauce, seasonings, and water; mix well.
3Pour half of this mixture into a 13 x 9 inch baking dish.
4Cover with potatoes.
5Pour remaining sauce over potatoes.
6Cover tightly with foil.
7Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
8Sprinkle with cheese and return to oven for another 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
